Founded in 1980, El-Ma-Mia is a company that creates and produces original spice blends. Through combinations of over 75 herbs and spices from around the world, each dish becomes a feast.

Today, El-Ma-Mia has more than 24 blends of spices and is one of the leading Canadian manufacturers of spice blends.

El-Ma-Mia products, with the exception of fish and seafood seasonings, do not contain gluten.

Aliments du Québec All blends and seasonings El-Ma-Mia is "Aliments préparés au Québec" certified by Aliments du Québec, an organization dedicated to the promotion of Quebec agri-food products. In fact, all El-Ma-Mia products are developed and produced at its plant in Terrebonne.
