El-Ma-Mia is a company which makes mixtures of spices, she was based in 1980 by Mr. Vincent Harrison. At the beginning, mixtures of secret spices were created to facilitate the task of people who wanted to made a tomatoes sauce or a meat tomatoes sauce, which always has the even good taste, without having the inconvenience to go bought their spices in the market.
At the beginning Mr Harrison made and packed the mixtures by hand and distributed them himself in the only selling point which he had in the time or at market Steinberg. Now product El-Ma-Mia is distributed through all the supermarkets of Quebec and somes in Ontario.
Today the company is completely automated and spices are worldwide chosen to keep the initial quality, receipts Mr Harrison's original were never modified to keep the even good taste. Since this time we have 15 secret mixtures and in more we offer sizes to intend for the restoration, the hotel business and institutions.
