BBQ Grilled Salmon and Pineapple Recipe: Tender salmon coated in brown sugar and El-Ma-Mia steak seasoning, served with caramelized pineapple. Perfect for a summer meal in about 25 minutes!

You will need it!
Ingredients
22.5 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) El-Ma-Mia steak seasoning
60 ml (1/4 cup) of brown sugar
1 salmon fillet weighing 755 g (1 2/3 lb), skin removed
1/2 pineapple cut into four slices
Steps
Preheat the barbecue to medium-high power (approximately 220°C – 425°F).
In a shallow dish, mix the steak seasoning with the brown sugar.
Coat the salmon fillet and pineapple slices with the brown sugar mixture.
Place a non-stick barbecue cooking sheet on the hot grill, then heat it for 1 minute.
Place the salmon fillet and pineapple slices on the baking sheet. Close the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning the pineapple slices halfway through. Remove the pineapple slices from the barbecue and set aside on a plate.
Carefully turn the salmon fillet over and continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes.
Serve the salmon fillet with the pineapple slices.
