Beef and potato pie

Beef and potato pie recipe: Ground beef simmered with vegetables and marinara sauce, topped with thin slices of potato and then baked until golden brown. Simple, tasty, and perfect as a main course!

Cooking time: 20 + 3 min (grill)


You will need it!


Ingredients

  • 450g minced beef

  • 2 tbsp seasoning for cretons

  • 1 1/2 cups vegetables for spaghetti sauce

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 3 thinly sliced potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic


Steps

  1. Oven 205 °C.

  2. Cook beef; add seasoning and garlic.

  3. Add vegetables and marinara; simmer for 3–4 min.

  4. Transfer, cover with potatoes + butter; cook 17–22 min then grill 3 min.
