Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: ≈12 minutes

You will need it!
Ingredients
450 g (1 lb) of a mixture of three minced meats (pork, beef, veal)
60 ml (1/4 cup) plain breadcrumbs
15 ml (1 tbsp) of El-Ma-Mia creton seasoning
30 ml (2 tbsp) of flour
500 ml (2 cups) of beef broth
1 chopped onion
1 egg
Steps
In a bowl, combine the ground meat mixture with the breadcrumbs, half of the pâté seasoning, the onion, and the egg. Shape into 20 meatballs, using approximately 30 ml (2 tbsp) of the mixture for each.
In a skillet, heat a little canola oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs for 2 to 3 minutes on all sides. Sprinkle with flour and stir.
Pour in the beef broth and add the remaining seasonings for the cretons. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low-medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
