Breakfast potato recipe: Golden brown hash browns cooked in a pan with onion, garlic, parsley, and El-Ma-Mia hash brown seasoning. Perfect for a homemade brunch in about 30 minutes!

You will need it!
Ingredients
5 to 6 potatoes cut into small cubes
45 ml (3 tbsp) of canola oil
30 ml (2 tbsp) of butter
1 chopped onion
15 ml (1 tbsp) of El-Ma-Mia hash brown seasoning
10 ml (2 tsp) chopped garlic
10 ml (2 tsp) chopped parsley
2.5 ml (½ tsp) chopped thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Place the potatoes in a saucepan. Cover with cold water. Add salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat, until the potatoes are tender but still slightly firm. Drain.
In a large frying pan, heat the oil and butter over medium-high heat. Cook the potatoes for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the onion and garlic. Stir and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown.
Add the parsley and thyme. Sprinkle with potato seasoning. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
