Greek-style potatoes

Ingredients


  • 4 large yellow-fleshed potatoes

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) of El-Ma-Mia Greek potato seasoning

  • 20 ml (4 tsp) of olive oil


Steps


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Peel, wash and drain the potatoes.

  3. Cut the potatoes into cubes or quarters.

  4. Place on a non-stick ovenproof baking sheet.

  5. Coat the potatoes with olive oil.

  6. Sprinkle with El-Ma-Mia seasoning

  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
