Greek-style potatoes

You will need it!
Ingredients
4 large yellow-fleshed potatoes
15 ml (1 tbsp) of El-Ma-Mia Greek potato seasoning
20 ml (4 tsp) of olive oil
Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Peel, wash and drain the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into cubes or quarters.
Place on a non-stick ovenproof baking sheet.
Coat the potatoes with olive oil.
Sprinkle with El-Ma-Mia seasoning
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
