Greek-style stuffed potatoes: roasted potatoes filled with shredded chicken, feta cheese, and bell pepper, sprinkled with Greek seasoning and served with tzatziki. Perfect for a delicious meal!

Greek-style stuffed potatoes

You will need it!
Ingredients
4 large yellow-fleshed potatoes
450 g (1 lb) of commercially cooked shredded chicken
250 g (1/2 lb) of feta cheese, cut into cubes
15 ml (1 tbsp) of El-Ma-Mia Greek potato seasoning
250 ml (1 cup) of tzatziki
1 red bell pepper, diced
Steps
Preheat the oven to 205 °C (400 °F).
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Slightly cut the base of the potato halves so that they sit flat.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
Top the potatoes with chicken, feta cheese, and, if desired, bell pepper. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Once out of the oven, garnish with tzatziki.
