Enjoy an easy-to-prepare goat cheese bruschetta: crusty baguette, fresh tomatoes, shallots, and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Perfect as a starter or appetizer in 25 minutes!

Bruschetta with goat cheese
Servings: 12 bruschettas
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 8 to 10 minutes

You will need it!
Ingredients
1/2 baguette of bread
45 ml (3 tbsp) of olive oil
3 Italian tomatoes, seeded and diced
60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped dried (French) shallots
15 ml (1 tbsp) of balsamic vinegar coulis
15 ml (1 tbsp) of El-Ma-Mia salad seasoning
60 ml (1/4 cup) of crumbled goat cheese
Steps
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Cut the baguette into twelve slices. Brush the bread slices with half of the olive oil.
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking.
In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes with the remaining oil, shallots, and salad seasonings.
Top the croutons with the tomato mixture and crumbled goat cheese. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar coulis.
