Prepare a quick and fresh Greek salad: tomatoes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and a homemade vinaigrette made with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Perfect as a summer starter in 15 minutes!

Preparation time: 15 minutes

You will need it!
Ingredients
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1/2 small red onion
16 to 20 pitted Kalamata olives
1/2 container of feta cheese (200g), cut into cubes
For the vinaigrette
60 ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
45 ml (3 tbsp) red wine vinegar
15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic
10 ml (2 tsp) of El-Ma-Mia Greek-style potato seasoning
5 ml (1 tsp) of Dijon mustard
5 ml (1 tsp) of honey
Steps
In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the vinaigrette.
Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into cubes. Chop the onion.
Add the vegetables, olives and feta to the salad bowl. Stir.
