Greek salad

Prepare a quick and fresh Greek salad: tomatoes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and a homemade vinaigrette made with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Perfect as a summer starter in 15 minutes!

You will need it!


Ingredients


  • 3 tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1/2 small red onion

  • 16 to 20 pitted Kalamata olives

  • 1/2 container of feta cheese (200g), cut into cubes


For the vinaigrette

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil

  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) red wine vinegar

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic

  • 10 ml (2 tsp) of El-Ma-Mia Greek-style potato seasoning

  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of Dijon mustard

  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of honey


Steps


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the vinaigrette.

  2. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into cubes. Chop the onion.

  3. Add the vegetables, olives and feta to the salad bowl. Stir.
