Discover our easy Quebec-style satay recipe: beef sirloin skewers marinated in El-Ma-Mia seasoning and served with a honey mustard sauce. Perfect for a casual meal in 30 minutes!

Quebec-style satays

You will need it!
Ingredients
10 ml (2 tsp) of El-Ma-Mia creton seasoning
675 g (approximately 1 1/2 lb) of sirloin steak cut into twelve strips
125 ml (1/2 cup) of honey mustard
Steps
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
If the skewers used are made of bamboo, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before cooking.
In a bowl, mix the beef strips with the creton seasoning.
Thread the beef strips onto twelve small skewers, making them undulate.
Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Serve the skewers with the honey mustard.
