Ingredients
350 g (about 3/4 lb) linguine
1 can (540 ml) of diced tomatoes
1 sachet of 30g El-Ma-Mia express rosé sauce seasoning
1/2 pack of 250g softened cream cheese
350 g (580 ml) of Nordic shrimp
1 small chopped onion
10 ml (2 tsp) chopped garlic
1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
Steps
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente . Add the broccoli to the pot 3 minutes before the pasta is done. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil over medium heat in another pan. Cook the onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and rosé sauce seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Add the cream cheese and stir until melted.
Using an immersion blender, emulsify the sauce until it has a smooth texture.
Heat the sauce over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
Add the pasta, shrimp, and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Heat for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
