Enjoy easy seafood tagliatelle: al dente pasta with shrimp, scallops, a light Alfredo sauce, and El-Ma-Mia Tuscan seasoning. Perfect for a delicious meal in 30 minutes!

Seafood tagliatelle

You will need it!
Ingredients
350 g (approximately 3/4 lb) of tagliatelle
20 large prawns (size 21/25)
12 medium scallops (size 20/30)
45 ml (3 tbsp) El-Ma-Mia Tuscan Seafood Seasoning
500 ml (2 cups) of light Alfredo sauce
30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped chives
Steps
Cook the pasta al dente in a saucepan of boiling salted water . Drain.
Meanwhile, toss the shrimp and scallops with the seafood seasonings in a bowl to coat the seafood with the seasonings.
In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook the seafood for 1 minute on each side. Set aside on a plate.
Pour the Alfredo sauce into the saucepan used to cook the pasta and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Return the pasta to the saucepan and stir.
Divide the pasta among the plates. Top each portion with seafood and, if desired, chives.
