Ingredients


  • 350 g (approximately 3/4 lb) of tagliatelle

  • 20 large prawns (size 21/25)

  • 12 medium scallops (size 20/30)

  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) El-Ma-Mia Tuscan Seafood Seasoning

  • 500 ml (2 cups) of light Alfredo sauce

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped chives


Steps


  1. Cook the pasta al dente in a saucepan of boiling salted water . Drain.

  2. Meanwhile, toss the shrimp and scallops with the seafood seasonings in a bowl to coat the seafood with the seasonings.

  3. In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook the seafood for 1 minute on each side. Set aside on a plate.

  4. Pour the Alfredo sauce into the saucepan used to cook the pasta and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Return the pasta to the saucepan and stir.

  5. Divide the pasta among the plates. Top each portion with seafood and, if desired, chives.
