Sausage tortellini gratin

Sausage and tortellini gratin recipe: four-cheese tortellini, sausages, tomato sauce, and melted mozzarella. A simple and delicious oven-baked gratin dish ready in 40 minutes!

You will need it!


Ingredients


  • 1 pack of 350g of four-cheese tortellini

  • 4 sliced sausages

  • 500 ml (2 cups) of tomato coulis

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) of El-Ma-Mia lasagna seasoning

  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) of grated mozzarella cheese

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of olive oil


Optional

  • 10 sliced mushrooms


Steps


  1. In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini al dente . Drain.

  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Cook the sausages and, if desired, the mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Add the tomato sauce and lasagna spices. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.

  4. Stir the tortellini into the sauce.

  5. Preheat the oven to 205 °C (400 °F).

  6. Butter a baking dish and then spread the mixture evenly in it. Cover with mozzarella.

  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
